What You’ll Need

  • 2 Strawberries and Cream Better Being Protein Bars, crumbled

  • 125ml coconut oil

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut

  • 150g white chocolate

  • 2-3 cups puffed rice

  • 200g condensed milk

  • 2 tbsp beetroot powder (for that gorgeous berry color!)

How to Make It

  1. Line a 20x20cm slice pan (or a muffin tray for individual portions) with baking paper.

  2. In a small saucepan, combine condensed milk, coconut oil, and white chocolate. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the crumbled Better Being Bars, desiccated coconut, and puffed rice. Pour in the melted chocolate mixture and mix well until everything is coated.

  4. Spoon the mixture into your prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Pop it in the fridge for at least an hour to set.

  5. Once firm, cut into squares and enjoy!
