Ingredients:

For the base:

150g Marshmallow Choc Biscuit Protein Ball Mix

3 tbsp syrup of your choice (maple, agave, or honey work great)

For the top:

150g melted dark chocolate

Marshmallows (mini marshmallows are ideal for an even layer)

Method:

  1. Mix the Base: In a bowl, combine the Marshmallow Choc Biscuit Protein Ball Mix with your syrup. Stir until everything is well-mixed and forms a firm yet sticky texture.

  2. Press Into Moulds: Spoon the mixture into muffin or chocolate moulds and press down firmly to form the base. Make sure it's compact so it holds together after chilling.

  3. Add Chocolate & Marshmallows: Melt the dark chocolate and pour it over the protein ball base, filling each cup to the top. Add a few marshmallows on top of the melted chocolate, pressing them in gently.

  4. Freeze & Set: Place the moulds in the freezer and allow them to set for at least one hour. Tip: The base will take longer to set than the chocolate, so make sure the base is firm before removing it from the freezer!

  5. Serve & Enjoy: Once set, pop the s’mores cups out of the moulds and serve immediately. You can also store them in the fridge for a chilled treat whenever you need it.
