Sneaky Wholefoods uses Australia Post to deliver all products within Australia. Our freight charges are fixed and based on the value of your total order.

Liability and Responsibilities
Sneaky Wholefoods will not be liable for any loss or damage if the product is not delivered within the estimated timeframes.
Once your order has been dispatched, Sneaky Wholefoods is not responsible for any losses or damages. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the courier/delivery company to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase.
We will assist you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities but it is the customer's responsibility to ensure all shipping details provided at checkout are true and correct. Please carefully review your order confirmation to avoid any errors.
Sneaky Wholefoods is not liable for orders sent to an incorrect address due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist. However, we cannot guarantee any changes once your shipping label has been created and your order has been processed and dispatched.
Returned Orders
If your order is returned to Sneaky Wholefoods, we cannot reroute your package.
We can refund your order less shipping costs and organize another delivery if you want to proceed. A refund or re-delivery can only be processed once your parcel has been returned to us. Please double-check your postal address before organizing this with us.
Re-Delivery Fee
A $15 re-delivery fee applies for the following reasons:

Incorrect postal address entered at checkout, causing your order to be sent back to us.

Not picking up your order from the post office or courier depot, causing your order to be sent back to us.
Major Faults
We will abide by Australian Consumer Law in regard to products with any major faults.

Warm Weather Handling
Our snacks are made with preservative and stabilizer-free ingredients, making them sensitive to heat.
Temperature Control:
All of our snacks are stored in temperature-controlled facility in Perth, Once your order leaves our facility, we no longer control the temperature and handling in transit.
Handling Softer Products
If you receive your order and the snacks are softer than usual, just place them in the fridge for half an hour, and they'll be back to full health, although they may not hold their complete shape.
Warm Weather Purchases
Responsibility Disclaimer
We cannot take responsibility for your items if you choose to make your purchase in warmer weather. We suggest you select Express Shipping for your orders during the warmer months
