RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
At Sneaky Wholefoods, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our policy below to understand your options.
Return Conditions
You may return items under the following conditions:
- The item received is faulty, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.
- Faulty, damaged, or the wrong products must be reported to Sneaky Wholefoods within 7 days of delivery.
- The item received is not open or consumed
- Returns for change of mind are not accepted, so please choose carefully.
Return Process
Initiate a Return:
Email your order number and reason for the return/exchange to daisyjarvis_sneaky@outlook.com to initiate your return and receive the correct return address.
Shipping Costs:
It is your responsibility to meet the costs of returning the goods to us, and to take care that they are not damaged while in your care or in transit.
Return Address:
Ensure you contact us to get the correct return address. Sneaky Wholefoods is not liable for items sent to the incorrect address. We strongly recommend that an insured or registered postal service is used for returns as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Identification:
Clearly state your name and order number on the package or include a note inside the package for easy identification.
Processing:
Once we receive the returned parcel, we will either refund the cost of the product or send a replacement, depending on the issue.
Non-Eligible Returns
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Products have been opened, sampled, or the customer does not like the product.
- The customer changes their mind or has made a mistake in their order.
- The customer did not familiarize themselves with the ingredients or product information before ordering.
- The customer supplied an incorrect address when placing the order.
Additional Information
We can only assist with returns or exchanges on products purchased directly from [www.sneakywholefoods.com.au](http://www.sneakywholefoods.com.au). Purchases made from independent retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Initial delivery fees cannot be refunded, and any postage costs incurred when returning an item for refund or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
